Set on the crater of a long extinct volcano, this alkaline area is one of the largest volcanic complexes of its kind in the world. Pilanesberg Game Reserve is situated in the Bojanala Region in South Africa’s North West Province. This reserve covers
55000 hectares of wilderness and is home to Africa’s “Big Five”.

We head into the Wild of the Bojanala Region to begin our Safari adventure. Set in the valley at the foot of a volcanic crater, Black Rhino Lodge is the perfect luxury backdrop for a South African 'Safari Singing Adventure'.
With daily game drives to see the magnificent 'big five' animals you will be expertly guided through the region. If you prefer to kick back and relax by the pool/bar thats fine! Campfire songs under the stars will complete the day perfectly.
Welcome to the Winelands! We arrive in Franschhoek, a charming picture-perfect town . Soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere, all set against a picturesque mountain back drop. A day of relaxation, sampling wines and exploring.
With 2 guided tours available you can head out on Safari or simply kick back by the pool. Enjoy the wonderful local food served by the amazing staff at the Black Rhino lodge and immerse yourself in the wild of one of Africa's best Safari lodges.
Today we will experience a truly unique and authentic introduction to South Africa's social and community projects. Innovative and inspiring; these projects are not treated as tourist attractions, instead we will be educated, informed and inspired as we visit 2 community projects and join together in song.
Today we travel to Simon's Town located on the False Bay coast of the Cape Peninsula to embark on a sea kayaking adventure! Cool, clear, sparkling waters...we will kayak to Boulders Beach to be greeted by the penguins and seals! This really is a once in a life time adventure!
Today we bring our African experience together for a final 2 hour singing workshop with special guests. Coupled with a day of leisure exploring the charming Franschhoek or heading out for more adventure, this promises to be a time for celebration and song.
Transfer to the Cape Town Airport ready to prepare for our journey home.

What can I expect to pay for any items that are not included in the trip?
The main items would be lunches, dinners, drinks and gratuities, which you can expect to pay the following:
2 course lunch at a local restaurant from around £15pp (wine estate lunch would be double)
3 course dinner at a local restaurant from around £30pp
Soft drinks from around £1.50
beer from around £3
glass of wine from around £4
restaurant tipping 10 – 15%
gratuities are subjective but we recommend anything around £3.50pp per day for a driver and £7pp per day for a guide (£10pp per day total)
What can I expect to pay for a return flight to South Africa?
As of July 2018, you can buy a return flight for South Africa, Johannesburg from as little as £564.
When should I book my flight?
Please wait to be notified by us before you book your flights. The trip will run to a minimum number, once this is achieved we will notify you to book your flights.
Are there limited spaces?
This is a small sized group of 18 people so we advise you book early to avoid disappointment.
Are the rooms shared accommodation?
Yes, accommodation is based on 2 sharing. All accommodation is of very high standard. If you require a single room, please do get in touch, there is a supplement attached to each single room.
What is the cost of the trip and do you have a payment plan?
The cost of the trip on the early-bird price is £3459. After which the price is £3995.
A non refundable deposit of £459 deposit is required on booking to secure your place on the trip.
The remaining balance can be paid in the following 4 instalments:
£750 due 30 days after booking (approx 1 month)
£750 due 60 days after booking (approx 2 months)
£750 due 90 days after booking (approx 3 months)
£750 due 120 days after booking (approx 4 months)
*This is a once in a lifetime trip, so to help with payments, we can organise a payment plan to help you manage your instalments. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this in more detail.
Will I have any free time during the trip?
You can choose what you do. If you wish to opt out of the planned itinerary then you can do so. You will also have a free day in Franschhoek where you can please yourself. Nearby activities such as horse riding, golfing, biking and fishing can be arranged, or Cape Town is an hour away so if you wish to spend a day there then you can do.
Can I extend my stay in South Africa?
If you wish to extend your stay in South Africa either side of the trip commence date and finish date then you are free to do so. Please notify us if this is what you plan to do.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We cannot offer you a refund if you cancel less than 4 months before the start of the trip. Please also note, the deposit you’ve paid is non-refundable. If you wish to gift your place to someone else or sell it on that is not a problem as long as you let us know.
